And the first station we will reach in September is Colombo, Sri Lanka on 1 September,2017. Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, has a long history as a port on ancient east-west trade routes, ruled successively by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. That heritage is reflected in its its architecture, mixing colonial buildings with high-rises and shopping malls. In Colombo, you may visit Gangaramaya (Vihara) Buddhist Temple, Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara are the place represent Sri Lanka.
After Sri Lanka, we will reach Piraeus, Greece on 14 September,2017. The beauty of Archaeological Museum of Piraeus, Pasalimani, Agia Triada and others will amaze you a lot here too.
Next, we will reach another new port for this trip — Crete, Greece on 15 September,2017. Samariá Gorge is a National Park of Greece since 1962 on the island of Crete – a major tourist attraction of the island – and a World’s Biosphere Reserve, I don’t think you want to miss it.
It’s 17 September,2017, and today we will reach Kotor, Montenegro. Kotor is a fortified town on Montenegro’s Adriatic coast, in a bay near the limestone cliffs of Mt. Lovćen. Characterized by winding streets and squares, its medieval old town has several Romanesque churches, including Kotor Cathedral. It’s also home to the Maritime Museum, which explores local seafaring history.
After Montenegro we will reach Dubrovnik, Croatia on 18 September,2017. Dubrovnik is a city in southern Croatia fronting the Adriatic Sea. It’s known for its distinctive Old Town, encircled with massive stone walls completed in the 16th century. Its well-preserved buildings range from baroque St. Blaise Church to Renaissance Sponza Palace and Gothic Rector’s Palace, now a history museum.
Next, we will reach Naples, Italy on 20 September,2017. Naples, a city in southern Italy, sits on the Bay of Naples. Nearby is Mount Vesuvius, the still-active volcano that destroyed nearby Roman town Pompeii. Major landmarks will be the lavish Royal Palace and Castel Nuovo, a 13th-century castle.
Next, we will reach Barcelona, Spain on 22 September,2017. Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, is known for its art and architecture. The fantastical Sagrada Família church and other modernist landmarks designed by Antoni Gaudí dot the city. Museu Picasso and Fundació Joan Miró feature modern art by their namesakes.
We will reach Lisbon, Portugal on 25 September,2017. Lisbon is Portugal’s hilly, coastal capital city. São Jorge Castle is one of the must visit place over here.
The last port of September, we will reach Bordeaux, France on 28 September,2017. Place de la Bourse, Bordeaux Cathedral are the places must go. Of course there are so many other place to visit too.
